Express Cutout Dress in Cobalt Blue

Express cutout mini dress in cobalt / bright blue with pretty gold zipper in the back. V-neck and flattering cutouts just above the natural waistline. Vibrant and perfect for formals, dances, recruitment, or even weddings. Only worn once. Very comfortable and has a bit of stretch ( 93% polyester and 7% spandex ). There is a little snag mark on the left from a pin (as seen in first and fourth photo). Size 0 in Express sizing, which I would say runs larger than some other companies.
