Express Cropped Editor Pant Size 8 Light Blue with stretch. Length from crotch to pant edge is 23.5”- see pic. Not sure if they are considered cropped or capris. They are not skinny and tight around the calves. They measure 8” across the bottom when lying flat. See pic. They have front slash pockets and back slit button pockets. See pic for fabric content. Very good condition.
