Express Burgundy Dress

Small Express Dress worn once at a wedding. It has slide resistant rubber around top of it. Stiff yet stretchy material in a good way. Can stand on it's own/holds its form and hugs to your body. Very comfy especially for a strapless style. Hits above my knee and I'm 5''5' Skirt has shape to it when on. One of my favorites just doesn't fit the same post baby.
