Express Brand New Floral Off Shoulder Jumpsuit

Brand new with tags and fully lined jumpsuit. Black with floral pattern. Chiffon shoulders with little chiffon decorative tie. Elasticated across neckline/chest and also at the waist. It’s more of an ankle fit but it also depends on your height. It’s meant to be for petites and I am 5 foot 4 and it was more of an ankle fit, but also everyone has different leg lengths. You can wear it as an off the shoulder or on your actual shoulders, both work and look pretty.
