Express Blue and Green Floral Skirt

pretty black floral print skirt with teal turquoise blue and green flowers from express! super comfy with a nice elastic waistband. tagged a size small, but so so stretchy so i would say it fits M-L :) great staple for the office or coconut girl fit, i just have too many skirts
