Express Blue Low Rise leggings Womens 6

Stretchy on the legs but not as stretchy on the waistline. Womens size 6 regular so they came in to short for me. They were tried on but to small. So basically brand new beautiful leggings with white stitching. They have a slight washed look but never washed by me.
