Express Blue Chiffon Mini Dress

Last photo is the patterned version of this dress (also available in my closet!). Only worn once so practically brand new! Approximate measurements: bust (lining) - 30” (but very stretchy), waist (unstretched to fully stretched) - 24-38”, hip (lining) - 36”, body - 34”. Materials: shell & lining - 100% polyester.
