Express Black pinstripe circle skirt Women's Medium

Black poly stretch skirt with playful diagonal white pinstripe details. Asymmetrical waistband gives this a flare or skater style, but above the knee length is office appropriate. Has two belt loops to attach a ribbon belt, usually I cut those off but you can't see them so I left attached. Classic Express Women's style from the early to mid- 00s.
