Express Black and White dress

The top is stretchy and the bottom is super lightweight (has a black under layer). It’s an XS but I’ve been able to wear it if I don’t wear a bra and zip it up fine (32 C or smaller). The top layer is thick and has a rubber trim sewn in so it doesn’t fall off. Great for the summer!
