cindystahanczyk @lesliewoolard Hi! The fabric is 96% polyester and 4% spandex, so it does have some stretch, and the waist is elasticized; so it can stretch and is very comfortable. It doesn’t stretch like 100% spandex dresses though. It’s really a great dress! I purchased the next size up because I loved it so much! It is very comfortable and flattering and has a full black lining so it is not see through or clingy.
