Express Black and Green Ruched Sweater Dress, size XS. Perfect for pairing with tights and tall boots for the winter months! Dress measures 30” from neckline to bottom hem, but there is ruching along the middle so length may vary. Gorgeous green, almost teal in color. There is some pilling throughout from normal wear (mostly at middle and bottom areas), but still lots of life left! Great used condition. Care tag has been removed. 🖤💚
