Express Black & White Striped Fit & Flare Dress

Black and white striped Express fit & flare dress. So cute! Strapless but straps can be added (there are slots). Light elastic band around the top to keep dress staying put. Gold zipper in back. Please see photo. Zipper pull is scratched. Thick, stretchy material. Measurements laying flat are approximately armpit to armpit 14”. Length 27”. 70% polyester, 25% rayon and 5% spandex. Machine wash cold. A belt is added for style but does not come with the dress.
