Express Black White Strapless Ruffle Dress Size 2

Only worn once. Doesn't fit anymore. Like new condition, turquoise belt that came with it is posted in another photo. Shown with another belt I styled it with (grey belt not included, turquoise belt is included). Has rubber band around inner top of dress which is great because it keeps it from slipping off. Bottom is lined. I'm about 5'7" and it hits me just above the knee. Great condition. Comes from a smoke-free and pet-free home. ***Update: Found belt. See photos Need measurements?
