Express Black & White Abstract Straight Skirt

Cute black and white skirt made by Express. The dress has horizontal strips that have been stitched together. The fabric is a knit that has lots of black lined on white fabric. It zips up the back. The skirt is a size 8. It measures 29” at the waist and is 19” in length. It comes just above the knee when worn. The skirt has 5% spandex in it so does have stretch to it. Would look great with a black top.
