Express Black Short Skirt

Express size 12 fully lined short skirt. It is the type of skirt to have a little twirl to it, it is not fitted like a mini skirt. Really nice deep front pockets. Back pockets are still sewn shut. Side zip closure. Excellent, like new condition. No flaws, spots, etc.
