Express Black Sequin Party Dress 2 Small NWT

Gorgeous Express Dress! Size 2 and 32” long from shoulder to hem. 100% polyester with lining. Slight shoulder pads. Zips down the back for easy on and off. Has a wrap style look that makes it very slimming! Hits above the knee and I’m 5’ 3” but not crazy short. I have this is another size, 00 and got tons of compliments! Never worn and still has tags!
