Express Black Pencil Skirt

Black Express pencil skirt. Features waistband pleating details on the front, zip back enclosure with a hook & eye, and a vent on the bottom back of the skirt. This is double lined. Size 2. Waist is ~27” (waist band has some stretch to it) and a length of ~20.5”. Like new, worn a couple times but no flaws to note.
