Express A-line vintage Dress in size Small/Petite

I am selling a vintage dress from Express that is a size Small/petite. It is like new. It may have been worn once or not at all. It is a royal blue A-line Dress with a V-neck that is trimmed with ruffles. It is soft and comfortable. And it has elastic waist. I am 5,1 so the dress was high waisted on me and hit me right above my knees. It may fit like a mini on a taller person. The dress is 20 inches long from the elastic band.
