Express 100% silk, black and cream polka dot skirt

This black and cream polka dot skirt is a classic through and through. Made from 100% silk, and so easy to wear. Slightly fitted at the top and flowy at the bottom, it's lightweight and simple. In the third photo you'll notice a teeny pull in the fabric is at the top on the backside of the skirt. I didn't even notice it until I photographed it, so it's pretty tiny.
