Exercise pants/ track pants

navy blue with white racer stripe jogging pants, belonged to a track suit, but pants are 14/16, jacket in my missions one size larger, 19.5 inch waist before stretch, stretches to 24 inches, had some elastic on sides of waist, zipper and button on front, 32 inch inseam
