could this be set on on a padded wheelchair ..and still twist?

but I will try it out by sitting on a bed then twisting and let you know.

@riotren I tried it while sitting on a mattress and it twisted with no problem. It still worked my mid section as well. A bed mattress was the closest thing I had that would compare to a wheel chair cushion.
