Exe black/ white boots - almost new*

Got these booties from a boutique in Florida. I feel like their leather, but they're also feel slightly rubbery or scuba feel. soft foot bed and fits true to size to a 39 or 8 1/2. Back zipper Slight lift in heel Super cute and different. I just don't wear them have a lot of black boots!******
