The style of the drawing is Russians culture "Gzhel" (Gzhel is a Russian style of blue and white ceramics which takes its name from the village of Gzhel and surrounding area, where it has been produced since 1802). Size is 9 and if your foot is not too wide, it will fit a 9.5. Worn once.
