Exclusive Bloomingdales top

Blue and white off the shoulder top. It has pretty ruffled sleeves. I pre ordered this shirt, waited 3 months for it to arrive and it didn't fit over my chest. It's a size medium, I added the size chart. It would fit a smaller medium, thin, smaller bust. I'm 36c and it didn't work out. This shirt was 100% exclusive to Bloomingdales. New With Tags.
