julzwest @sizzlesales75 I also received a warmer from another seller (old & rare😢) shattered during shipping process, but it was VERY well packaged with more than plenty bubble wrap, but I think I found the solution for shipping Scentsy warmers without original boxes. I have had 100% success on 5 ships so far and if you buy another that is without original box-maybe share w/seller so it arrives undamaged-

julzwest @sizzlesales75 I first bubble wrap very well in 1 box making sure we’ll packed so it doesn’t move around at all in box. Then after taping up that box-place it in a larger box with enough space for more paper/bubble wrap/padding all around the 1st box on all sides so it cannot move around in 2nd box. Might seem excessive, but it’s worth it to survive the journey via USPS!

julzwest @sizzlesales75 I thought I saw the warmer like this one today and remembered you, but after seeing pieces I don’t think so now. Have you found a pic to post of what it originally looked like? I enjoy seeking out ISO items for fellow Poshers in my spare time so I will keep watch in case I see it. sizzlesales75 @julzwest oh well I wish they were as careful with packaging them up when they don’t have the original boxes as you are.I am sure if they had put more care into wrapping them they would have been sent in ok condition but they weren’t. It’s not just their fault it’s the people who handle them as well once they leave your hands but me personally I have rolls upon rolls of bubble wrap

sizzlesales75 @julzwest just to ensure nothing even moves around.I even received Halloween decorations broken and just figured I had bad luck with ordering anything delicate until I received a glass portrait for my bathroom and then I realized it is all about how well it’s packaged. I appreciate you offering to look around for the ones that broke and as soon as I get the name of the one I will let you know.

sizzlesales75 One wasn’t a Scentsy warmer and I only ordered it because it was a round one and it looked so pretty with the way it lit up a room in the dark and the seller couldn’t remember who made it cause it was a gift a set of them she used in her bedroom as night table lights.but I might be able to get screenshots of it actually of both broken ones and post them but I do enjoy some of the older Scentsy ones.

sizzlesales75 @julzwest I am currently looking for the cupcake warmer but not at more than 30 bucks cause it was a mid size warmer and they don’t seem to throw a fragrance as well as I would like them to.It’s more for decor than anything. The one that broke was a blue brown one and well I’m kinda stuck with those two colors in my bathroom until I find a vanity that I like and will fit in my bathroom.

lillygilliam I received one with a broken lid today. It was well wrapped, but the box was really beaten up looking. I blame the shipper. Is there anyway to replace the warmer plate? It’s for the one with flip flops on it, if that helps.

sizzlesales75 @julzwest yes definitely I love Warmers and Scentsy especially different shapes and I have received so many broken stuff cause sellers don’t know how to package items well and damaged items from mishandling of usps and ended up on some having to pay for them.
