Exact Change Wrap Skirt (Black Floral)

Exact Change maxi length wrap skirt in black with a blue floral print. Top layer of skirt is attached with a white abalone button, there’s also a hidden zip in the back. Soft comfortable material made of 100% rayon. Size is a women’s small, measures appr. 12.5”waist 18.5”hip 35”length. Preowned excellent condition, no flaws but possibly minor wash wear, since it’s a vintage style it’s not really noticeable.
