Ex officio zip-off hiking pants

Nearly new hiking pants. Too small for me, unfortunately. One small and one moderately sized stain (sap, maybe?) Near the butt (pictured) otherwise basically new. Comes with the belt and all the zippers are functional. Quick dry nylon. Very breathable. A kind of brownish-tan color Non smoking pet owning household.
