cuti1959 @ncarter66 Thank you...she is a mix of a Shih Tzu / Maltese and she's just as good as she is adorable...she is my world. Love can't even explain how much I love my Chanel. I have a few pics with my other dearly loved Imperial Shihtzu who passed on Superbowl Sunday...it will be two years. Definitely heartbroken. She was also a perfect pup...I hae been very luck with every fur baby I have ever had....my luck to have been their mommy. Is a Shorkie a shit Tzu / yorkie mix??

ncarter66 @cuti1959 I feel the same about my sweet Chloe. I love her to pieces and she’s my world as well. She comes before anyone in my house lol they can take care of themselves. She needs me!! 🐶❤️ and I really think I need her more! Sorry about your other precious baby. That’s so hard I know. Chloe is a shitzu and yorkie mix. She’s always so sweet. Always in a good mood and if not her tummy hurts. She has GI issues....inflammation ☹️ she’s been getting acupuncture in Florida....two hours from me.

cuti1959 @ncarter66 Oh I'm sorry she has belly problems. My neighbors dog has those issues too. She tried a homeopathic vet. I don't think she brought her dog back. She makes her dogs food.

ncarter66 @cuti1959 the first holistic vet made her problem worse by telling me to feed her pork and potatoes. I was hesitant but trusted her because she was older and had been doing this for 34 years. $270 later I took her to get acupuncture to try to help her recover. This said go to balance it . com to get their recipe for pancreatitis and it has grains and canola oil 😳 I just can’t make myself click on purchase. You have to purchase their vitamin supplements.

ncarter66 @cuti1959 do you know what recipe your neighbor uses? I did cook for her and she did better but I was afraid she wasn’t getting the vitamins and minerals that she needed. I was using, Turkey, sweet potatoes, spinach, and peas. So I found out spinach was a histamine food for people so it could be for a pup too 🤷🏻‍♀️ I also heard you have to cook it to a certain temp and not over cook so that you still have the nutrients she needs.

cuti1959 @ncarter66 I know she uses sweet potatoes... not sure what else.. but her daughter just had a baby... I can’t even get a text from her much less see her. I feel since the baby was born they’ve become hermits in the house 😳. Baby was just born Monday.. I only got one pic from the hospital. None since.

cuti1959 @ncarter66 I would just trust in the food you make... not supplements unless you really do your research. You know food is really what we are and how we feel ... if we all ate right, we probably wouldn’t need supplements. “Eat of the earth...” we eat crap with tons of crap in it. 😣

ncarter66 @cuti1959 you’re right. I think I’m overthinking it. I thought the sweet potatoes may have given her gas/tummy cramps because she was fine then started walking away from it 🤷🏻‍♀️ And you’re right. Fillers and junk in everything. It’s the death of us. I try to eat meat and veggies and some fruit. If I get off track I feel it. I’m going to look deeper into a Facebook page for healthy cooking for pets. Yeah it’s been a week already with the baby. Wonder why so quiet.
