Everlast 93% nylon, 7% spandex black leggings with seamless waist. That means no annoying front or back seams. The only seam is on the inside of the leg from cuff to crotch. Medium weight fabric is stretchy from the spandex but not compressive. In excellent like new condition without signs of wear. Waist measures 14 inches laying flat. Rise is 12 inches. Inseam is 26 inches.
