Good used condition. Front close is a dress pant style hook and eye + zipper, no buttons. Real pockets, back pockets are still sewn shut. It is 100% wool but think summertime weight - these are very light, flowy, weightless pants. Straight leg - fairly slim cut but not skinny or legging.
