These are summer white pants in a crisp 60% tencel/40% cotton fabric. 27 inch inseam. 16.5 inch flat measured front of waist. No stretch to the pants, but really terrific for spring and summer! They are a true size 12. *** Some of these items have been in storage. We have pets. Everything has been laundered unless it is NWT. My measurements probably won't be perfect, but I tried. I did only a cursory check for stains/spots/snags/etc. Apologies if I missed anything major. Short of something drastic that I missed (it could happen!), everything is sold AS IS.
