Black with gold detailing and pretty ruffles. Front comes up a little shorter than the back for a high-low effect. Would be great for a wedding or even a school dance. I am not sure of the brand as the back tag is missing but it is made in the USA and in great condition. Says size S, but it's pretty tiny. I'd say it's more of an XS/0 but it does stretch a little. Can be worn covering chest or showing if you have a smaller bust (I'm 32B). It wouldn't stretch for much more. See photos.

@abbylop7676 in case you still were interested in the measurements, the bust is about 14" across, the waist is 10", and the hips are about 14" as well.
