This is a beautiful heavy weight vest by Evan-Picone. Union made vintage piece. Size 10. Tapestry material. Lined. Measures 18" from underarm to underarm and 25" long. This is from the vintage 70s. I attached proof of age from the Fashion Guild label resource to give reference. See last pic.
