Evan Picone floral work sheath dress 16

Reposhing this item I purchased from @er84. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. This dress is so elegant and chic! Evan Picone sheath dress, black with red and white floral designs size 16. Has flattering gathering at the waist and 3/4 sleeves. Has boat neck in the front and shallow v-neck in the back.
