Really beautiful, and understated, black and purple floral print velvet dress by Evan Picone. It has a mandarin collar as shown in photos. Dress is 20” pit to pit, about 18” across waist and 39” long. It is marked a size 14 but you should go by measurements and ask questions. Dress has been dry cleaned.
