Evan Picone Flowy Blouse Sz S/M.

This is a pretty button down top/shirt/blouse by Evan Picone. The size/material tag has been removed, but this is about a size small or medium (approx: 20" armpit to armpit/22.5" total length). I sometimes fit into small, but mostly wear a size medium and this fits me perfectly. It is such a feminine pattern with a soft and flowy silk-like material and feel to it. Can be dressed up or down. In good pre-loved condition.
