This is a Evan Picone 90's Navy blue and white career dress with a nautical vibe, brass military buttons to the waist open revealing a wide navy and whole striped attached knee length dress beneath. The dress appears to be two pieces with a loose coat like top and dress beneath but is actually one. It features a jewel neckline, wide shoulders, short sleeves , zips in back. It is labeled Evan Picone. It is in excellent vintage condition showing no visible signs of wear. Size 8
