NWOT, gorgeous, bouncy skirt with beautiful draping fabric. Size medium. Fabric is very stretchy so could fit a wider range of sizes. Length from to top to bottom is 18". Could be strapless top as well? MADE IN USA! Purchased in Hawaii but the colors were never quite right for me.
