New without tags. Eva Mendez gold black sequin belted dress. Detail is amazing! One of the tiny thread belt loops is gone but it doesn't impact the function of the belt. The belt still stays on. NOTE - Please see the last photo and note that there is residue inside the neckline from double sided tape. It was on a mannequin in a store and it had to be taped on to keep it straight. It's not sticky or anything and you can't see it when you wear the dress, just wanted to disclose it.
