Beautiful New with Tags dress~ Eva Mendes for NY & Co - Strapless - Beautiful Floral Jacquard Print - Fully Lined - Silicon band around top of dress to hold in place - Zip up back - Size 18 * one side of hook and eye is missing at top of zipper. (See picture) *I believe this had a longer hem line but the bottom was removed to bring the length up to the knee.
