Eva Franco Brown Drapey Dress Embroidered Flower

Brown knit dress with a beautiful drapey cowl-neck. Embroidered flower and white contrast stitching on belt and along bottom hem. Size 2. Very flattering slightly high waist but I wouldn't quite call it empire. Great pre-used condition (not sure if it was ever worn, I dont think so) 96% viscose, 4% elastain. Will add measurements tonight.
