European high waisted skirt

I bought this skirt in Europe. It is a very nice material. Super soft and is also stretchy. The brand is formula Joven which is a Spanish brand, as I bought this from Spain. I bought it at their store called “El Corte Ingles” which is similar to Nordstrom here in America. In European size it is a size 38. I would say a size 4 here in America.
