Purchased in Germany at Orsay, the French clothing company, this super feminine pretty summer top ties in the back and has flattering ruching cinching by the shoulders and just below the breast. The size label is missing, but it most likely is a medium, loose fitting since it ties in back. Measurements are: From neckline to under breast: 6” From armpit to armpit (before tie which makes it tighter): 19” Length from neckline to edge: 21”
