yuansource @wiszbang The waistband is completely elastic I will have to measure it tomorrow for you in the morning but it’s a very loose skirt and completely wrinkled made in Europe

yuansource @wiszbang sure you’re welcome it’s really large just one size because it’s a flowing skirt and the bottom is cut differently than the rest of the skirt I really love it but I’m not wearing it so it’s time to let it go
