Euc womens cold shoulder top

EUC Soft blue almost has a turquoise color to it. having a hard time getting true color. one piece with a nice lining in the body of the top.v neck with gold rivets around it. cold should sleeves. p to p is 25in. length is 28in. says 3x but fits like a 2x
