[Etsy Purchase] Muave Tulle Skirt

Muave skirt waistband 28in And 18in long. Have not properly steamed the skirt as you can see I have put a hole in it (with my iron). I bought for my birthday and I never got to wear it because I didn’t expect it to be so puffy! And it was such a hot day. If you see the waist band on the 5th pic it is a bit stretchable but not by much maybe 1inch at most. My hips are about 33in, waist is about 27.
