It's fall and it's time for cozy knits! This skirt is in beautiful pristine, like new perfect condition. Style is skater circle flare. It was only worn once! It has no holes, no pilling, no tears...NOTHING...not even a snag. Size 0 (original Etoile sizing which equates to a very 00 sizing) Waist (unstretched) is elastic and is 13" inches laying flat (will stretch another 2 inches) Two front hidden slant pockets Waist to hem measurement is 13" inches as well. 100% soft knit cotton

pagra19 @mpbpurchases I will be honest, I am super short with no waist. So, this looks bad on me. It‘s meant to be worn more “high waisted” and I am so short waisted that it does me no favors as the skirt looks too long and too high up on me. I did take a picture. But, if you’re above 5’2” with a defined waist it will look better!😊
