Ethnic child’s outfit

Very unusual and so adorable! This is a child’s estimated medium/large: bust/chest 38 inches, length 22 inches. For shorts: waste is elastic 22–30 inches, hip area up to 40 inches, inseam 13”. The fringe has come off one area of the shorts. You could easily just trim the rest of the fringe off the other side to make it even. I don’t mind doing that, if you would like! But I’m leaving it as is for now.
