Etcetera charcoal skirt with black lace accents at sides

Charcoal grey Etcetera skirt in polyester rayon blend although it looks like it’s wool, but way too soft to be wool. Skirt has black lace accent down each side with a strip of lighter gray fabric that is very thinning. Black lace also trims waist in back. Zips up back. Fully lined. Never worn. 21” long, 30” waist, 36” hips
