Etcetera Patent Leather Flower Embellished Belt

Beautiful black belt with two 3-D sculptural flower embellishments - Flowers are real leather but I believe the belt is faux leather though looks like black patent leather - Silver hardware - Marked size 8 - I believe this is Y2K era Approximate measurements: Buckle prong to closest hole: 30” Buckle prong to furthest hole: 34” Good condition except for some wear on the belt holes - see photos
